Food & Beverage
Restaurants, cafés, QSR, cloud kitchens, catering, packaged/ready food, beverages and new service formats.
AURA is the whole sovereign vertical for food, beverage, hospitality, stays, travel, tourism, destinations, experiences and service-commerce. Inside it, AURA for Business behaves as a Co-Restaurateur / Co-Hospitality Operator: watching sales, stock, wastage, staffing, reviews, customers, procurement and margins; acting proactively within permission. Powered by ZUNO.
AURA can create, operate, acquire, partner with, franchise, enable or spin out businesses, brands, properties, products, experiences and service networks across its domain.
Restaurants, cafés, QSR, cloud kitchens, catering, packaged/ready food, beverages and new service formats.
Hotels, resorts, homestays, guest journeys, reservations, operations, loyalty and property experiences.
Trips, destinations, discovery, itinerary/service layers, local partners and connected travel experiences.
Dining, destination, entertainment, event, celebration and service experiences that connect physical and digital journeys.
Consumer discovery, recipes, stays, travel, experiences, loyalty and direct service journeys in one evolving AURA relationship.
The operator-facing operating product: sales, orders, inventory, procurement, recipes, people, guests, money, analytics and automation.
Architecture: AURA owns domain and business truth. ZUNO provides horizontal technology, intelligence, automation and productization. UBM / Briskbite remains an external direct-ZUNO reference tenant; learning can be extracted into AURA without implying ownership.
The Business product can include POS, inventory, procurement, guest, money and automation — but those capabilities do not define the whole AURA vertical.
Useful systems of record, often split across multiple tools and dashboards.
One connected operating state with a proactive Co-Restaurateur: detect → prioritize → prepare/act → ask at the consequence boundary → verify → learn.
Start with the modules your business needs now, then expand without creating another disconnected system.
Counter sales, KOT/KDS flows, tenders, receipts, customer orders and connected post-sale actions.
Opening and closing counts, multi-location stock, transfers, wastage, physical-vs-system reconciliation and replenishment logic.
Recipes, BOMs, yields, consumption, food cost, margin intelligence and item-level unit economics.
Requirements, vendors, purchase workflows, receiving, payables and evidence-linked stock movement.
Cash, UPI, credit, expenses, daily close, settlements, receivables and financial operating controls.
Roles, attendance, responsibilities, approvals, outlet permissions and operational accountability.
Customer identity, CRM, loyalty, credit relationships, feedback and direct-commerce journeys.
Connected order and settlement workflows across delivery channels, with reconciliation rather than dashboard fragmentation.
One Command plus proactive operating intelligence: FOUND → PREPARING → ACTING → NEEDS APPROVAL → VERIFIED → CLOSED, with evidence-backed execution.
Menus, offers, product cards, launch collateral, social creatives and brand assets driven by canonical business data.
Multi-outlet operations, site readiness, franchise workflows, launch control and scalable operating standards.
Agents, integrations, automation, analytics, shared capabilities and continuous improvement underneath every AURA module.
AURA for Business is built as a reusable capability system, not a one-off restaurant implementation. The live catalog below is the current product contract; maturity is disclosed rather than guessed.
AURA is being productized from live operating problems rather than a feature checklist. The first commercial package focuses on F&B, while the same product family is designed to expand into hospitality, travel and destination operations.
Capabilities are hardened through real operating use before they become reusable modules for other businesses.
We are preparing the first external F&B pilots. Founding businesses will be onboarded against the modules that are production-ready for their use case, with beta capabilities disclosed rather than presented as finished.
